Bangladesh High Commission Canberra,

Invitation

Bangladesh High Commission in Canberra will celebrate the Language Martyrs Day and International Mother Language Day on 21 February 2012.
The Language Martyrs Day and International Mother Language Day represents the heroic sacrifice made by the people of Bangladesh on 21 February 1952 to establish the right of their mother tongue – Bangla. On this auspicious occasion following programs have been organized at the premises of the High Commission at 57 Culgoa Circuit, O’Malley, Canberra, ACT 2606.
Program

Date: Tuesday, 21st February 2012
6:30 pm: A discussion meeting on the significance of the day 7:30 pm: Cultural presentation by members of Bangladesh Community
Venue: Bangladesh High Commission, 57 Culgoa Circuit, O’Malley, Canberra, ACT 2606.

The High Commission would like to extend all a warm invitation to join us in the discussion meeting and the cultural presentation. We look forward to seeing you along with your family and friends during the celebration.
