Large Crowd attend Eid Prayers at Canberra AIS Arena

Despite the last minute change in Eid Day, a large crowd attended the Eid Prayer
at the Australian Institute of Sports, Canberra. Canberra Imam apologised for
the last minute change in Eid Day originally declared for Wednesday, but reports
from Indonesia and Malaysia required the Eid to be today. The announcement for
the change only occurred at Fajr time today, creating massive inconveniences for
all concerned. But it is the end of the blessed month afterall and spirits were
running high. Eid Mubarak!
